You know us for good food (Kansas City's best Italian steak sandwich), and a nice bar. Now Accurso's is a great place for live music, too. If the weather's nice, the music will be outside on the dining patio, on the corner of Fiftieth and Main.
Tim Whitmer and friends play live piano jazz with a touch of blues, 6 to 9 Tuesday and 6 to 10 Fridays. Come on by for a big dinner with friends, or just a glass of wine and a plate of the best calimari in town.
After almost a century at the same location, the former Main Street Deli closed in 2009. We moved a block north, to a brand new building, and after a few years to settle in, now it feels just like home. Anthony has upgraded the restaurant with new paint and artwork, and a new collection of pictures of la famiglia. We are grateful that the south Plaza neighborhood has kept us busy. They like the new Accurso's, and so will you. The gorgeous yellow onyx bar is right in front, where you can keep an eye on Main Street and everybody who goes by or comes in, with the dining area tucked away behind it.
Accurso's is open for lunch on weekdays and dinner every day but Sunday
If you're coming for dinner, you might want to call (816) 753-0810 and make a reservation. If you don't, come on by anyway, and we'll get you in as quick as possible.

Reserve the whole restaurant for your special occasion? Yes! It can be done, and has been, with tremendous results. Call Anthony for your catering needs for any event, big or small, and if you want it to be really special, reserve the restaurant for the whole evening!

This place offers the best of both worlds. Great place for lunch during the day...and at night it becomes Kansas City's finest Italian restaurant.They are also the finest caterers in town covering any type of event. This is the only place we take our out of town guests to dine.
